Location: Upper Marlboro, Maryland
Project Role/Responsibility: Acted as the lead Construction Manager

Project Scope: 410-Unit active adult (55+) community housing development located in Upper Marlboro, Prince Georges’ County, Maryland. Financed through 4% Tax Credit Bond by MHCD. Amenities include a large-scale Resort Center with interior and exterior swimming pools, game rooms, restaurant, health center, tennis courts, softball field, putting green and Ball Room.
Landmark Lofts at Senate Square
