WHO WE ARE

Edward Wilson, Jr. 

​

Edward has over 45 years of diverse and extensive experience in developing, manufacturing and construction management. Mr. Wilson owned a construction company with 22 employees in Michigan for over 17 years. Mr. Wilson began his construction career as a builder where he managed and built hotels, churches, strip malls, condominiums, gas stations, small businesses and many commercial based projects. In addition, he built and managed both multi-family and single-family homes and projects throughout Michigan, Maryland, Washington, D.C., Illinois, Texas, Ohio, Arizona and Georgia. He is well versed in the building codes in all of these states.


Edward’s wide-ranging knowledge via hands-on experience in the construction industry served him well as a construction manager on several multi-million dollar government projects in the Washington, D.C. area. He has built his repetition as an agile problem-solver both in the office and in field operations. His foresight in looking ahead and managing risk is exceptional. His projects are renowned for starting and finishing on time and under budget. Edward's expertise includes take-offs, blueprint reading, project planning, sequencing, scheduling, quantity surveying, contract negotiations, logistics and construction project
management.

Daniel Hall

​

Daniel has over 25 years of experience as a construction/project manager, MEP/Civil design engineer and builder in the realization of a variety of facilities and development projects for commercial, institutional, industrial, government (Federal/State/Local) and private clients across the Washington D.C. and Atlanta-metro areas. Currently located in the Washington, DC and Atlanta, GA metro areas, he is the president of TDR Development Corporation.


Mr. Hall graduated from the University of Maryland, Eastern Shore in 2002 with a B.S. in electrical engineering. Directly after graduating Daniel was attained as a project manager in the mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering design industry. During his time working within respected MEP design firms Mr. Hall gained the experience of MEP engineered systems and general contracting/construction management for most facets of building types such as but not limited to the following: Hotel (Luxury/Boutique/Modern), community centers, primary and secondary education schools, luxury apartment buildings, condominiums, churches/places of worship, corporate facilities/office buildings, hospital/health care facilities, dental office/facilities, manufacturing plants/building, municipal buildings, airport facilities. Since 2007 Mr. Hall has worked with some of the Washington DC metro areas most prestigious general contracting, construction management and development companies performing project and construction management as well as design build management over several high-profile projects in the local Washington D.C. region.


Daniel is recognized regionally and locally for his work ethic, expertise in the design and installation of complex MEP and IT/Security Systems, BIM Design/Coordination management and the ability to manage entire projects from the planning, design and construction phases through commissioning to final turnover-building operations while maintaining exemplary approval ratings with owner/clients, local community and government leaders and the like.

Lesley Wilson

​

Lesley Wilson is our third managing partner; she has a passion for getting things done right the first time. In addition to working with OWA Home Improvements, she is COO and owner of Brain Trust Innovations, a WBENC-certified women’s business. This company specializes in improving and inventing consumer products for all ages. She currently has one issued U.S. patent and several trademarks awaiting patent concept production. 

​

Lesley holds a master’s degree in finance from Western Michigan University. As a managing partner, some of her responsibilities will include acquiring new funding, managing the day-to-day office operations, and assisting with obtaining new contracts. 

​

Lesley has over 35 years of business and financial experience, including, but not limited to, key management and training positions with the U.S. postal service, Employment Group Management Services, and State Farm Insurance. In addition, she has held fiduciary responsibility at several churches and the Bridge Organization, whose mission was to feed the homeless in Phoenix, Arizona. Her favorite motto is “We all succeed when we all succeed.”

When she is not traveling, she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, reading, and writing. Lesley currently resides in the Dallas, Texas, area with her husband, Edward.
